Why isn’t there a public monthly price? +
Because a serious outbound AI program depends on volume, consent posture, and telephony. A $99/mo sticker would either lie about risk or leave you surprised by usage. We quote pilots with a fixed fee + usage estimate so finance can approve a box—not a blank check.
Who is the “maker of the call”? +
You (or your client, if you’re a BPO). Outgoing Voice provides the control plane and agent runtime. You own lists, purpose, consent language, and program compliance. See our Compliance page and Terms.
Do you make us TCPA-compliant? +
No software “makes you compliant.” We enforce the policy you tag—suppressions, consent-required flags, destination classes, frequency caps, audit snapshots. We do not certify that your consent language is legally sufficient. Counsel still matters before large live programs.
How do usage and live minutes work? +
Pilots are quoted with a fixed fee plus a usage estimate for your volume. Before you spend on carrier minutes, we confirm dial placement, retention, and environment with you—no surprise “millions of minutes” package. Explore the control plane free (dry-run is gate-only) so ops and counsel can evaluate policy before a live queue.
Can we start with political / GOTV? +
Yes if the program fits—GOTV is a popular starter template, not the only political shape we support. We still recommend appointment confirm first when you want clearer purpose and metrics. Political is usually beachhead #2 after one clean service pilot—not a free pass on phone rules. Either way, agents are customized to your exact scripts and disclosures.
Are the listed call types the only ones you support? +
No. Ready-made templates are the most popular starting points (confirm, remind, inbound answering, service window, GOTV, and similar). We customize every pilot agent—opens, intents, tools, guardrails, CRM hooks—to your exact specifications. If your queue isn’t on the list, that’s normal; we design it with you.
What do you need from us to quote? +
Vertical, approximate weekly appointment outbound volume, who dials today, whether consent already covers AI/automated voice (or needs an update), and your target start window. The pilot email button includes that brief.
