From “we’re allowed to call” to “the call finished cleanly.”

Outgoing Voice is the dashboard and safety layer for outbound AI phone calls. You set the rules. The AI makes the call. Your team steps in only when needed.

Campaigns

Each call type gets its own settings: purpose, mobile or landline, whether permission is required, the opening script, and topics the AI must not discuss.

Pre-dial safety check

Before anything rings, we check: Is the campaign on? Is the number blocked? Is permission required and present? Too many recent attempts? If something fails, we stop and log why.

AI voice agents

The AI listens, thinks, and speaks on the call. It always says who is calling and that it’s AI. A human joins only if the AI escalates or the person asks.

Do-not-call list

Org-wide suppressions. When someone says stop, we save that. The next attempt never gets past the safety check.

Callback list

When a person wants a human, we don’t drop them. We open a ticket so your staff can call back on your schedule.

Test runs & records

Try a number in dry-run mode first. See pass or block, with a record of the rules that applied—before you spend on live calls.

Full call review

For every live call: number, time to answer, AI response speed (TTFT), searchable transcript, and optional audio with retention limits.

Ready-made call types

  • Appointment confirm where we recommend you start
  • Voter / program outreach for later, when permission and scripts are ready

OutgoingVoice

AI phone calls for teams that already dial—starting with appointment confirms. You keep your lists and permissions. We keep the safety checks.
